I have taught all levels from kindergarten to adult continuing education. I love languages and am constantly working on improving and adding to them. I believe that if students have fun, they will learn faster and remember longer. I try to have students speak in the target language as much as possible during the limited time that they are in class.

This is an all-class activity. 5 students go to the front of class. There are 5 different pages hanging on the board. Each page has a name and 3 pictures about the person (chores they do). This activity uses a total of 6 chores. Students at seats take turns asking questions with yes/no answers to deduce which student has which name.

This packet has 3 sections: logement et pièces, meubles et appareils ménagers, travaux ménagers. Each section has a vocabulary list with both French and English filled in; a list with only the French filled in; a crossword puzzle with English for clues and French for the answers; a wordsearch with the list in English, but the hidden words are in French; a fill in the blank worksheet (2 for logement et meubles); a vocabulary quiz where English is given and students must give the French (2 for logement and meubles). There is a fill in the blank worksheet that combines all 3 of the sections. Vocabulary corresponds to French Three Years workbook edition by Amsco, but may be used with any text since vocabulary lists are included.
